Important Messages :
- Order preparation: Our team prepares your order from Monday to Thursday from 8am to 4pm, and on Friday from 8am to 11am. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be prepared and dispatched the following Monday. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours of confirmation by e-mail, and parcels are handed over to the selected carrier once a day in the afternoon.
In case of an increase in orders, it is possible that order preparation will take more time than usual. However, we will try to do everything we can to ensure that your orders arrive on time.
