  • 1 tablespoon of Pro-Protein Performance (neutral taste)


  • 1 cup oat flour


  • 1 teaspoon baking powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 1 cup plant milk (almond, soy, oat, etc.)


  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey


  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil



Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine the oat flour, baking powder, salt and Pro-Protein Performance.


  2. Add the vegetable milk, maple syrup or honey and olive oil. Mix well until smooth.


  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and pour a small ladleful of batter into each pancake.
     
  4. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook on the other side.


  5. Serve hot with fresh fruit and a drizzle of maple syrup for a high-protein breakfast or snack.
