Transparency is that part of childhood that we have kept, those unfiltered questions, those naked, frontal truths, those complicated words behind which we refuse to hide. 

It means opening wide the doors of our factory, from floor to ceiling, without hiding anything, without zooming in on what suits us.

 

It's seeing a bus stop in front of our poppy field and taking school children to discover our machines. 

 

Transparency means letting you see for yourself. 
It means being able to show you everything, but also to tell you everything. 

 

It means answering you straightforwardly even when there is still a long way to go. Explaining to you what we are aiming for, but also where we are. 

Transparency is refusing to hide, to wear a mask to show oneself more beautiful than one is. 

It is to step forward body and soul before you, with our frailties and our hopes. 

 

Transparency means promising you this truth at all times.
